Shipping
All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If an item arrives to you with any damage please contact our customer service and we will resolve the issue quickly. All orders are shipped and delivered only Monday through Friday. For shipping times, please refer to the item. All items indicate their shipping time (ie: 2-3 days, Usually Ships the Same Day, etc.) and all shipping times are regulated in business days.
*Please note that if an item ships within "X" amount of days, that if you choose overnight or two day shipping, the item will be shipped out with overnight or two day shipping process after the item(s) have been recieve to our facility. Please refer to the Shipping Rates for information regarding domestic shipping rates and express shipping options. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail Shipping Confirmation from us. We will include the Tracking number so that you may track your order.

Please note when returning an item, we will process the return and the refund will appear on your credit statement within 2-3 business days once processed. When sending back an item please be sure to include your name and order number. Each order comes with a return slip on the back of the packing slip. You may fill this out this convenient form for any return, replacement or exchange. The form will allow us to process your request faster.
